Are you looking for a supportive workplace with an amazing team culture? A place where Friday afternoons mean unwinding with a glass of wine as we reflect on the week, where team days bring us together, and where you're valued—not just with support but with excellent remuneration, job security, four weeks of annual leave, and sick leave, all while earning as much (if not more) than a contractor?

If this sounds like what you’ve been searching for, we’d love to meet you!

What’s in it for you?

As a family-friendly workplace that understands the importance of flexibility, we are dedicated to helping you find your version of work-life balance and support your personal and professional growth. Through this approach, we offer:

  • Ability to work towards an ideal week that suits your lifestyle (we won’t make you work evenings or weekends!);

  • Opportunity to develop a caseload of child and adolescent clients that you love seeing;

  • An above award base salary and a revenue sharing program that means you benefit from your hard work - AND full time employees only need to consult 4 days per week!;

  • Feeling financially secure in your role with 4 weeks paid annual leave plus sick leave so you can comfortably take time off without worrying how it will affect your income;

  • $1500 professional development contribution each year or a dedicated Registrar Program which includes individual and group supervision with a team of board-approved supervisors;

  • A specific induction plan designed to guide you through your first 100 days with us and teach you everything you need to know;

  • Opportunities for career progression based on your professional and personal goals - we will help you build a career pathway that helps you reach these.
