The Role:
As one of our CCOs you will work within a highly supportive and communicative team, assisting in establishing and improving the systems and processes that allow the HCF Clinic to run smoothly and continue to provide the very best care for our families. 

This opportunity would suit someone looking for flexible hours and may be offered as a casual, part-time or full-time position. Prior leadership or allied health experience is not necessarily required as this is a very well supported role with significant training provided.

As a CCO at the HCF Clinic, You Will Be Responsible For: 
• Welcoming new clients, collecting, and entering personal details and managing our welcome room;
• Client nurturing to ensure that our children and their families have an incredible experience each time they visit the clinic;
• Correct management of incoming client data, billing, and debtor management;
• Assisting our team of brilliant clinicians and being a highly valued, contributing factor in allowing them to provide the best level of care for our families.
