As a Client Care Officer at the HCF Clinic, you will be responsible for:

Creating a welcoming environment for new clients, collecting and entering personal details, and managing our reception area with warmth and care.
Client nurturing and support to ensure that each family has an incredible experience every time they visit the clinic.
Data accuracy and client billing to ensure smooth, efficient operations for both our clients and our team.
Supporting our clinicians with their day-to-day tasks, so they can focus on providing the best possible care for families and children.
